  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

2. Initiating a Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

3. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3.2. Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Sale items will be refunded at the sale price.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We may request photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

6.1. Delayed Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Shipping Returns

7.1. Return Address:

  • You will be provided with the return address when your return is authorized.

7.2. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
